Fees & Insurance

I offer 60-minute individual therapy sessions at a rate of $125 per session.

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

• Optum

• United Healthcare

If you have one of these plans, your out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on your specific benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage, copayments, and any deductibles that may apply.

For clients paying out-of-pocket or who wish to work with me privately, I’m happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance’s out-of-network benefits.
